Why use RUVAcards?

We at RUVAcards specialize in unique and stylish Christmas photo cards, holiday cards, birth announcements, stationery, and much much more. We are a small shop and understand that your cards are more than a small gift to those you choose to remember during the holidays. Our products are uniquely designed and cannot be found anywhere else. We want your card to look like you hired a graphic designer. Designs are provided by Michelle Snyder, NY and Katblu Studios, just to name a few. We print using the latest in HP digital printing technology to bring you the best quality available.

How do I place an order?

RUVAcards can not automate this process, because the fonts and photos are truly part of the design and this can not be duplicated with software. Some of our cards are more involved than others and we happy to discuss them, please feel free to e-mail us or call at any time with questions.

The order process:

1. Browse our online store to find that special card, stationery, ect.
2. When you find your special item, fill out the form using boxes provided. Be sure to click on the ENTER YOUR TEXT to add a personalized message to your item, if applicable. Select/Enter quantity and add to cart.
3. When you are ready to checkout, view your cart and click "continue order" button at the bottom.
4. Complete the address and payment information and click "Confirm Order".
5. E-mail photo(s) and any additional information after the check out process. You will be asked and a link is provided.
6. A RUVA designer receives your order and photos and begins creating a proof for your approval. A low resolution proof is sent to your e-mail address 24-48 hours later. If you do not receive in this time frame, be sure to give us a call and check your junk or spam mail. Sometimes it goes in there, but not very often. We check copy and type to make sure your proof is as accurate as possible the first time. If we feel something is not quite right, we will contact you via e-mail or phone as well.
7. Approve your proof or indicate changes and we will send another proof.
8. Once approved we print and ship your items in 3-5 days.

A tracking number is e-mailed directly from the USPS or Fed Ex Ground service with tracking number and status. If you require faster shipping please indicate in the shipping area and we will follow up with information.
